Class of ’55 recently held a belated 81st birthday bash for one of their classmates, Ahmad Rassidi, fondly known as Che’ Mat, at Rebung, located at Lake Gardens. In the 50’s classes were still small in number and C’55 consisted of 26 students with 13 now remaining after the recent demise of Dato’ Wahid.
The classmates meet regularly, around once a month on Mondays. They also have a very active WhatsApp group, exchanging jokes, political views, news on members, health/medical advice, and healthy swops of stimulating videos, which are normally opened a safe distance away from their wives’ prying eyes! That seems to keep them in reasonably good health, Alhamdulillah.
