Congratulation to Dato’ Seri Mohd Hishamudin bin Md Yunus (C’66) for being appointed as chairman of the Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC). Mohd Hishamudin is a law graduate from the University of London and has served as the Malaysian Court of Appeal Judge, Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court, Senior Federal Counsel and the President of the Sessions Court.
With 45 years of legal experience, he has also obtained the International Commercial Arbitration certification from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. During his service in the High Court, he has written more than 750 judgements which have been reported in the legal journals.
